Returns

We have a very strict quality controlling system which promises that goods we produced are always of the best quality.The valid period of replacement is 7 days from the date of receiving the item, if this item has any problem when arriving, please feel free to contact us and please note keep it in original condition.It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost if this item is defective as report. Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof. Items returned to us without a report will not be processed.Before our sending, we have checked all our items carefully, if you received a broken defective item, just keep the original package and make a photo to us within 3 days, just in 3 days after delivery we can make the claim to shipping company with your photo, however please note shipping company needs about 10-20 days to investigatethe case, so please be patient.
